My name is Casa Mate Organic Tequila, I was created on a dream come true of a handcrafted, smooth, honest, ethical, flavorful tequila made without shortcuts or additives that is created to be enjoyed with friends, family, loved ones but mainly for the most important person “YOU”.
Driven by passion, Casa Mate embarked on a journey to produce an ultra premium tequila that redefines the meaning of authenticity. Casa Mate nurtures the agave plants for 7 years until fully matured which are cooked in a volcanic stone oven, to ferment we use patented yeast (our profile crown royal) for a unique flavor and of course “No Additives”. Casa Mate also prioritizes sustainability by using handmade recycled glass for our bottles biodegradable agave fiber labels and making sure our process is zero waste.
Casa Mate works in harmony with nature, we honor one of nature best friends “Ladybugs” that help with pest control and to avoid artificial fertilizers. Our goal is to provide an extraordinary, pure, genuine, and natural tequila experience. lifelong friends with a common dream: to create a pure, clean, and honest tequila that reflects their values, as well as to enjoy it with their wives.
They both grew up admiring and loving tequila, from the field to its consumption, and when they visited the beautiful Paisaje Agavero, amazed by the magic that exists in that place, they decided to make it a reality.
Fortunately, they met in university, and after graduating, they started offering Brand development services to multiple tequila companies and began to learn more about this industry, discovering that some products labeled as premium were not truly so.
Driven by the pursuit of perfection, their vision for the distillery went beyond the ordinary; it was a commitment to excellence in all aspects, refusing to take shortcuts and surpassing industry standards.
Additionally, they understood the importance of working in harmony with nature, and instead of relying on artificial fertilizers, they would harness the power of ladybugs, nature’s own pest control, to maintain the health and vitality of the agave fields.
