Production

The production process avoids shortcuts or chemical interventions. Cooking is done in traditional volcanic stone ovens with vapor steam instead of industrial autoclaves.

The fermentation process uses a patented yeast strain and is completely free of synthetic additives or accelerants. The tequila is distilled without any artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.

These practices have earned Casa Mate certifications from both the USDA and the European Commission for organic integrity.

Quality

This attention to quality extends beyond the spirit itself. Casa Mate promotes responsible consumption, encouraging people to sip and savor tequila like a fine whiskey or wine. The goal is to create a deeper, more intentional relationship with the drink, one that celebrates flavor, tradition, and wellbeing.

Casa Mate also places importance on educating consumers about the cultural and historical significance of tequila. As a spirit that can only be produced in five regions of Mexico, its authenticity is deeply tied to the land and the communities that cultivate it.

Casa Mate honors this legacy by keeping production rooted in Tequila Jalisco and by using sustainable, small-batch methods that preserve both heritage and quality.

Francisco and Oscar, natives of Guadalajara, have poured years of dedication into refining their tequila.

What began as a response to low-quality offerings has evolved into a brand that represents transparency, craftsmanship, and a strong sense of purpose. Casa Mate stands as a celebration of honest production, organic living, and the power of tequila to bring people together in moments of genuine connection.

In every bottle, Casa Mate offers more than just tequila. It offers a story of sustainability, a respect for tradition, and a vision for a better, cleaner future for the industry.
